Features:

• moderate build
• males have a larger neck, chest, and shoulders than females
• short, down-curved muzzle
• foreflippers lack fur
• long, wide, foreflippers tapering towards the ends

Colour:

• males are medium grey to black or reddish to dark brown
• females are medium to dark silver-grey with a cream to tan colour on the chest
• pups are born blackish with lighter shades on the chin and muzzle
