Brief synopsis of current research:
Role of predation and competition in determining the organization of subtidal benthic communities (northwestern North Atlantic region). Behavioural mechanisms involved in species interactions. Control of reproduction (an in particular of spawning) in marine invertebrates. Factors controling growth, reproduction and survival of bivalves in aquaculture settings.
