Brief synopsis of current research:
I am the head of the Laboratory of Water Treatment Technologies at Ryerson. I am presently supervising three graduate students. The development of water treatment technologies emphasizes on Rotating Biological contactors and three phase fluidized beds. I am preparing a book with Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (Troy, New York) and the University of Waterloo on Compact Water Treatment Technologies.
