Brief synopsis of current research:
Landlocked salmon (Salmo salar) is an important fishery in Lac Saint-Jean (Quebec). Rainbow smelt (Osmerus mordax) serve as an important prey species for Salmo salar. We study the food web ecology in larval rainbow smelt with the aim of better understanding which are plankters species are the most frequently captured by larval rainbow smelt.
