Brief synopsis of current research:
Ecophysiological studies, most of them oriented towards aquaculture developmental in coastal areas. Studies on salmonids (brook charr and Arctic charr) and winter flounder. Brook charr: comparative studies on osmoregulation and growth between anadromous and freshwater resident popoulations. Arctic charr: environmental and endocrine regulation of reproduction. Winter flouder breeders: feeding, stress and rearing conditions. Winter flounder: first feeding in larvae.
